RETURNS POLICY

READY-TO-WEAR
Returns are accepted on Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days of delivery.

All returns are refunded as store credit (which never expires)

MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM
Returns are not accepted on made-to-order or custom pieces, including items made to your specifications, sizing, or measurements.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted on:

Shapewear

Sale, Sample Sale, or Discounted items

Made to Order Denim / Cargos

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Condition of returns

Where an item is returned with marks, stains or odours and can be restored, we will deduct the actual cost of cleaning from your refund or credit. Where it cannot be resold, no refund or credit will be issued and we will return the item to you at your cost. 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days from that date to send it back. Returns requested or posted outside those windows may be refused.

A return is only accepted once it has been requested through your account. Parcels sent back without an accepted return request may be refused or returned to sender.

HOW TO RETURN (READY-TO-WEAR ONLY)
Returns must be requested through your customer account.

Once your return is received, you will be issued store credit for the value of the item(s).
Store credit does not expire and can be used at www.caseyjean.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

With all original tags and return tag intact

RETURN SHIPPING

We will issue a return label once your request has been accepted.

If you would prefer to arrange your own return shipping - we recommend following the guidance below; 

UK
We recommend using Royal Mail or a fully tracked and insured service.

INTERNATIONAL
Returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods.”
Any duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. If fees are applied, the parcel will be rejected and returned to sender.

Please include your full contact details inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
