READY-TO-WEAR
Returns are accepted on Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days of delivery.
MADE-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM
Returns are not accepted on made-to-order or custom pieces, including items made to your specifications, sizing, or measurements.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted on:
- Shapewear
- Sale, Sample Sale, or Discounted items
- Reworked Ready-to-Wear pieces
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN (READY-TO-WEAR ONLY)
Returns must be requested through your customer account.
Once your return is received, you will be issued store credit only for the value of the item(s).
Store credit does not expire and can be used at www.caseyjean.co.uk.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags and return ribbon intact
RETURN SHIPPING
UK
We recommend using Royal Mail or a fully tracked and insured service.
INTERNATIONAL
Returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods.”
Any duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. If fees are applied, the parcel will be rejected and returned to sender.
