RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on our Ready-to-Wear Collections. We can accept a return within 14 days of the order being delivered. 

MADE-TO-ORDER: Returns are not accepted on custom made / made to order pieces that are made to your personal specifications, sizes and measurements.

SALE: Returns are not accepted on Sale / Sample Sale / Discounted items.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.

How to return

Returns can be requested through our Returns Portal

Return requests should be made within 72 hours of successful delivery  Jean Vintage Denim does not cover return delivery costs, this is the customers responsibility.

Once the returned item/s are received you will be issued your credit note for the value of the item/s purchased Returns are accepted for exchange / store credit only. 

The store credit doesn’t have an expiry date and can be redeemed on www.caseyjean.co.uk 

To be eligible for a return all items must be unworn and in the same condition as it was sent. The original tags and the return ribbon must be intact and not tampered with. 

International Returns  International returns must be marked clearly as “Returned Goods” for import and customs purposes. any duties or import fees will not be covered by the company and the shipment will be rejected and returned to sender.
